Aufgaben
- Prepare and check customs and transport documents
- Send customs documentation to partners
- Coordinate with customs authorities and carriers
- Verify and correct import documents and customs duties
- Support team during business hours for goods receipt and issue
- Handle and resolve customs-related complaints
- Work with control customs office on spot checks
- Communicate with carriers for timely customs clearance
- Prepare and renew necessary permits
- Maintain records of all clearances
- Prepare documentation for inward processing
- Stay updated on VAT, customs law, and procedures
