- •1+ years Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation experience
- •2+ years Implementation Consultant experience with utilization targets
- •German and English language proficiencies
- •Excellent organizational and communication skills
- •Ability and availability for travel up to 40%
- •Self-motivation and independent performance
- •Clear and polished communication of complex information
- •Effective collaboration and group goal accomplishment
- •Time management skills
- •Solution-focused mindset with customer-first approach
- •Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) or Momentus Software (Advantageous)
- •Venue or Exhibition industry experience (Preferred)

- •Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects
- •Participate in functional and technical working groups
- •Attend and contribute to progress meetings
- •Identify business needs and document requirements
- •Ensure smooth delivery using Best Practices Playbooks
- •Support clients throughout the implementation process
- •Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Services
- •Design and deliver stakeholder system configuration training
- •Conduct end-user training sessions
- •Create onsite agendas and follow up on tasks
- •Escalate issues to maintain project scope and timeline
