In this role, you will be integral to managing access rights for nearly 3,000 employees and 7 infrastructure customers, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and providing support for user access issues.

Anforderungen

• •IT academic background
• •Initial experience in access management
• •Knowledge of Windows environment, Active Directory, and NTFS rights
• •Good command of Office tools, particularly Excel and Access
• •Rigor, autonomy, precision, and teamwork skills
• •Adaptability in a complex environment
• •Stress management
• •Team spirit and communication skills
• •Fluency in spoken and written French and English
• •Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

• •Analyze and process access requests
• •Manage accounts and access groups in Active Directory
• •Administer file server access
• •Oversee assignment rights workflow
• •Manage access to customer portfolios in the main application
• •Provide user support for access issues
• •Participate in implementing technical procedures for access management
• •Administer secret passwords in the vault
