- Enable efficient back-office and reporting operations
- Document core business processes using BPMN
- Map comprehensive end-to-end processes
- Align processes with regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage a global process management framework
- Define and track data quality rules
- Evaluate process health using data analysis
- Generate stakeholder reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements
- Facilitate training and adoption of processes
- Liaise between business, IT, and management
- Coordinate tool integration with system architects
- Address integration points in future solutions
- Ensure adherence to ISO, SOX, and GDPR
- Provide evidence for audits and controls
- Implement safeguards to minimize operational risk
