- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving for complex IAM challenges
- Adaptability to new technologies and IAM requirements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written/verbal communication (technical/non-technical)
Aufgaben
- Onboard and offboard applications in Saviynt
- Configure Saviynt connectors and workflows
- Manage and maintain IdP application integrations
- Configure SSO using SAML 2.0 and OIDC
- Assist with Saviynt certification audits
- Provide end-user support for IAM inquiries
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Create run books and end-user help guides
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams
- Promote IAM best practices
- Ensure alignment with industry standards
- Continuously improve IAM processes and technologies
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Administer the Saviynt IGA platform
- Configure Saviynt system settings
- Manage Saviynt user roles
- Perform Saviynt platform upgrades
- Design and implement Saviynt approval flows
