Anforderungen
- 3-5 years IAM operations, access management, or IT support experience
- User life cycle management experience (provisioning, de-provisioning, governance, reviews, RBAC)
- Experience with third-party and vendor-managed web applications/portals
- Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IAM tools (ServiceNow, Clear Skye, SailPoint, or similar)
- Good understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, SSO, governance, directory services)
- Experience in compliance/audit-driven environments is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive work approach
Aufgaben
- Maintain inventory of third-party applications and external websites
- Manage ownership, access models, and vendor details
- Execute joiner, mover, and leaver access lifecycle processes
- Process access provisioning, modification, and revocation requests
- Maintain clear and auditable documentation of access decisions
- Create and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and process documentation
- Centralize and retain vendor-specific access procedures
- Support periodic access reviews and certification activities
- Collaborate with business owners, HR, IT GRC, and Compliance
- Provide evidence and documentation for audits
- Support application onboarding with requirements gathering
- Configure applications in Clear Skye and ServiceNow
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities
- Support automation through IAM tools like ServiceNow and Clear Skye
