- Power BI development
- Experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for business insights
- Stakeholder management
- Work with diverse stakeholders, understand needs, translate into technical solutions
- Agile and collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business users
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Highly detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy and reliability
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Facilitate meetings to gather and clarify requirements
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Design data solutions including database structures and models
- Contribute to project plans and technical development alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting
- Develop and maintain database objects and transformations
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Ensure data models are efficient and scalable
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and standups
- Clarify requirements and refine tasks with development teams
- Support testing activities to validate solutions
- Identify positive and negative test scenarios
- Provide business and technical context during testing
- Determine if testing issues are defects or expected behavior
- Support User Acceptance Testing and incorporate feedback
- Work closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Promote clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes
- Support deployment activities with technical teams
- Validate deployments and monitor post-release performance
- Identify improvement opportunities based on user feedback
