- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across stakeholder levels
- Fluency in English and German written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Support tender activities by identifying HSE requirements
- Assess and integrate HSE risks and mitigation measures
- Evaluate HSE cost aspects during the tender phase
- Drive HSE performance in service project execution
- Monitor HSE compliance and support project teams
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Implement corrective actions for HSE incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors
- Promote a strong HSE culture
- Support HSE training and onboarding initiatives
- Contribute to HSE awareness across service operations
- Conduct audits and lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Initiate and implement HSE improvement actions
