Aufgaben

• •Deploy HSE functional projects to enhance site safety culture
• •Provide operational support in the field as needed
• •Ensure understanding and implementation of MDLZ standards on site
• •Translate global MDLZ standards into local procedures
• •Monitor HSE indicators and derive insights from the data
• •Conduct loss tree analysis to prioritize site safety issues
• •Identify and assess workplace hazards
• •Prepare and update risk assessments
• •Define site priorities based on risk assessment outcomes
• •Advise on workplace safety, health, and risk prevention matters
• •Participate in developing protection and prevention measures
• •Lead specific safety initiatives
• •Ensure compliance with legal safety and health requirements
• •Stay informed on current laws and regulations regarding workplace safety
• •Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns for employees
• •Instruct managers and employees on safety regulations and procedures
• •Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• •Prepare detailed reports on workplace safety status
• •Follow up on safety action items
