Aufgaben
- Deploy HSE functional projects to enhance site safety culture
- Provide operational support in the field as needed
- Ensure understanding and implementation of MDLZ standards on site
- Translate global MDLZ standards into local procedures
- Monitor HSE indicators and derive insights from the data
- Conduct loss tree analysis to prioritize site safety issues
- Identify and assess workplace hazards
- Prepare and update risk assessments
- Define site priorities based on risk assessment outcomes
- Advise on workplace safety, health, and risk prevention matters
- Participate in developing protection and prevention measures
- Lead specific safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal safety and health requirements
- Stay informed on current laws and regulations regarding workplace safety
- Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns for employees
- Instruct managers and employees on safety regulations and procedures
- Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed reports on workplace safety status
- Follow up on safety action items
