- Oversee integrations with external consultants
- Connect local systems to Workday
- Coordinate performance review processes in Workday
- Prepare data for the annual salary round
- Coordinate with stakeholders for salary rounds
- Handle user inquiries and manage the ticket system
- Create user documentation for Workday
- Onboard new entities in the system
- Manage service providers and budget
- Ensure transparent internal cost allocation
