- Support all pay and benefits aspects
- Process payroll on time
- Update payroll software with changes
- Ensure accurate processing of new hires, leavers, and promotions
- Resolve employee payroll queries professionally
- Check employee master data changes
- Verify payroll reports for errors
- Prepare annual payroll schedule with provider
- Review and reconcile year-end payroll reports
- Complete payroll forms as requested
- Increase employee understanding of payroll
- Participate in internal audits
- Identify payroll improvements
- Support compensation changes
- Handle reportings and accruals
