- •Write employer certificates in three languages
- •Prepare compensation plans and incentive letters
- •Coordinate talent reviews with regional teams
- •Implement action plans from engagement surveys
- •Organize and coordinate employee events
- •Support HR projects for local and regional entities
- •Manage pension and insurance suppliers
- •Participate in the Social Committee
