As an HR Manager, you will serve as the primary partner for assigned departments, guiding managers through employee relations and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves balancing daily HR operations with leadership requests and managing complex issues, all while driving key HR processes and projects to enhance the employee experience.

Anforderungen

• •3-5 years of relevant HR experience
• •HR-related commercial apprenticeship or university degree
• •Additional HR-relevant qualifications
• •Proven experience in full employee lifecycle management
• •Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, e.g, Personio)
• •Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR processes
• •Proven track record of advising business leads
• •Analytical skills and strong communication skills
• •English and German language skills at level B2 or above
