In this role, you will oversee the application lifecycle of HR Information Systems, ensuring they meet user needs and comply with regulations. You will lead a team, manage data systems, and drive key HR technology projects to enhance service delivery.

Anforderungen

• •10 years of experience in HR Information Systems management
• •Extensive experience in application management of SAP HCM (ECC) modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)
• •Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
• •Skilled in application ownership and lifecycle management
• •Advanced knowledge of HR data governance, user access management, IT controls (ITGC), and audit compliance requirements
• •Experience in managing complex HR projects such as M&A integrations, system modernization, and payroll implementations
• •University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience in HR technology
• •Fluency in German and English
