- Offer coaching and people insights to managers
- Act as the subject matter expert for HR operations activities
- Ensure smooth running of HR processes
- Ensure effective handover of key HR activities
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Shared Service Centre to improve processes
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Shared Service Centre to improve service delivery
- Work closely with the HR BP to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations for HR projects and initiatives
- Provide HR reports with key insights
