- MBA or related business degree
- Successful track record of implementing HR programs
- Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
- Strong understanding of talent management and development
- Collaborative and network-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide high-impact HR solutions
- Support workforce planning and compensation reviews
- Implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
- Facilitate succession planning aligned with strategic objectives
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- Guide organizational change initiatives and change management processes
- Partner with Global Talent Development to enhance employee capabilities
- Support talent acquisition efforts to identify and staff critical roles
- Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues with leaders
- Champion inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives
- Use HR data analytics to detect trends and inform decision-making
- Provide updates to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes
