HR Business Partner(m/w/x)
Operational HR management for executives at a private bank, including contract creation, exit management, and succession planning. 5 years relevant experience as HR Generalist or BP, plus Austrian labour law knowledge required. Up to 8 days home office monthly, plus flexitime.
Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, business administration, or psychology; master's degree or additional training/certifications advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Very good knowledge of Austrian labour law and experience in project management
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, proactivity, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and discretion
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English; confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, Copilot, and HR systems
Aufgaben
- Manage operational HR responsibilities for a defined support area
- Handle administration tasks such as contract creation and exit management
- Create HR reports
- Act as an HR Business Partner for executives to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in personnel and succession planning
- Facilitate performance and talent management
- Support in challenging management and employee situations
- Recruit for management and key positions independently
- Support teams and structural changes in organizational development
- Play an active role in change management during reorganizations
- Address remuneration and compensation issues with HR specialists
- Consult on job frameworks, salary and bonus processes, and job gradings
- Manage HR projects and cultural initiatives
- Optimize processes and digitize HR operations
- Implement engagement and leadership measures
