- Partner with stakeholders on organizational design and change leadership
- Manage workforce planning, shift patterns, and production staff retention
- Develop skills training, apprenticeship, and student worker programs
- Collaborate with Legal to build manufacturing and clean-room HR policies
- Implement new HR processes to support business growth
- Drive talent initiatives that enable high performance and operational excellence
- Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
- Coach executive leaders on values and leadership behaviors
- Deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- Model and reinforce the company's core cultural values
