- Broad HR functional knowledge

- Collaborate with leaders to understand business drivers
- Implement HR priorities aligned with manufacturing and global strategies
- Orchestrate HR organization to support defined priorities
- Promote inclusive working culture
- Collaborate with employees and leaders on HR solutions
- Support People & Culture strategy initiatives
- Build a healthy and inspiring workplace
- Ensure development actions align with business strategy
- Implement development activities for business leaders
- Partner with leaders and employees to resolve issues
- Counsel leaders and employees on HR solutions
- Act as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator
- Manage all people-related measures from hire to retire
- Handle compensation, labor law, and collective agreements
- Oversee talent management and HR systems
- Support wellbeing and occupational health
- Facilitate global mobility
