- Shape and execute integrated people and talent strategy
- Provide end-to-end strategic HR leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop business plans
- Strengthen organizational efficiency and workforce planning
- Develop fit-for-purpose organizations and enable transformation
- Build high-performing, resilient teams across the region
- Align HR initiatives with company objectives
- Support growth and operational efficiency
- Understand organizational challenges and opportunities
- Provide advice for high-performing teams and structures
- Lead organizational development and transformation
- Design and implement appropriate organizational structures
- Manage change initiatives for smooth transitions
- Develop change management strategies
- Communicate effectively with regional and global partners
- Support employees in adapting to changes
- Oversee talent development and retention
- Build strong succession plans
- Identify and develop capabilities for future competitiveness
