Anforderungen
- HR Generalist experience in retail/high-volume environment
- German and English full professional proficiency
- 3-5 years HR Generalist experience (operational/strategic support)
- HR partnering experience with professional client groups
- Strong legal experience and German labor law knowledge
- Strong relationship builder across senior leaders
- Results driven, tenacious, determined
- Change management experience with senior teams
- Experience working with speed, pragmatism, professionalism
- Passion for developing high-performance culture
- Open, practical, pragmatic, handles conflicting priorities

Aufgaben
- Report to Senior HR BP for DACHP
- Collaborate with German leadership and senior leaders
- Support development of people strategies and planning
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and operational queries
- Manage employee records and coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Resolve operational issues and support performance management
- Handle misconduct cases and assist with recruitment
- Implement people plan for Germany and DACHP
- Facilitate business goals and manage risks and opportunities
- Ensure capabilities and frameworks for effective working
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Collaborate with Dyson shared services for payroll and admin
- Develop effective hiring strategies with Centers of Expertise
- Ensure future and current recruitment needs are met
- Facilitate talent moves and succession planning
- Support career paths and manage capability risks
- Champion high performance culture
- Coach and up-skill senior leaders and line managers
- Analyze and present data to the business
- Drive employee engagement and results
