First point of contact for HR queries, managing documentation and coordinating German payroll. 2-5 years HR support experience with German labor law knowledge required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- 2–5 years HR support experience
- Professional background from large/midsize organizations with established HR processes
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, HR administration, employment contracts
- Proven experience handling German payroll coordination (external providers a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to support employees
- High attention to detail, strong responsibility, independent work ability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Düsseldorf
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Manage HR documentation
- Maintain HRIS and internal databases
- Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider
- Collect and submit necessary data for payroll
- Track and manage employee absences
- Assist with internal communication and HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
