Anforderungen

  • Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS Law, or comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of EMEA health, safety, environmental laws/regulations
  • Experience with international stakeholders, change management, or project leadership in EMEA
  • Proven track record implementing safety improvements and achieving ISO 14001/50001 certifications
  • Confident, proactive personality with responsibility, engagement, and focus under pressure
  • Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence for complex stakeholder situations
  • Passion for building safety culture, inspiring people, and improving H&S standards

Aufgaben

  • Ensure EHS compliance across EMEA non-manufacturing locations
  • Provide EHS leadership and expertise
  • Develop and maintain EHS programs and policies
  • Implement EHS training and standards
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous and non-hazardous waste regulations
  • Manage hazardous materials and ergonomics
  • Protect the environment
  • Lead incident prevention and investigation
  • Monitor safety performance
  • Conduct EHS audits
  • Report key EHS metrics to management
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, facilities, and executive management
  • Drive strategic EHS initiatives
  • Manage department budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Support continuous improvement
  • Foster an incident-free culture
