- Conduct group and individual patient communications
- Provide nutrition and movement advice
- Coach behavioral changes
- Develop meal plans
- Moderate patient communities
- Triage patient communications
- Respond to patient communications
- Escalate patient communications to German and Global teams
- Direct patient queries to internal channels
- Route patient feedback to internal channels
- Contribute to offering development for German patients
- Support other functions as needed
- Collaborate with clinical team
- Work with international operations team
- Partner with delivery partners
- Identify health issues and diagnoses
- Respond to health issues and diagnoses
- Escalate health situations according to guidelines
