- Prior experience in retail technology environments preferred
- Prior experience in workflow platform environments preferred
- Experience operating within global, matrixed R&D organizations is a significant advantage

- Define and drive technology vision and architectural strategy

- Oversee end-to-end platform delivery
- Establish robust DevSecOps practices
- Drive platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements
- Maintain deep technical oversight of core technology stack
- Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Managers
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Develop future technical and people leaders
- Partner with global ZEISS R&D organizations
- Translate business requirements into platform capabilities
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to Vision Care leadership
- Ensure transparency and effective decision-making
