Aufgaben
- Lead, support, and coordinate a team of four chauffeurs
- Act as the first point of contact for operational questions
- Coach team members and promote a culture of professionalism
- Support onboarding and training of new chauffeurs
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate daily transportation activities with the Operations team
- Ensure transport aligns with the client's daily schedule
- Develop, implement, and improve transportation procedures and standards
- Ensure efficient route planning and optimal allocation of drivers and vehicles
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and quality standards
- Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and fleet readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
- Personally transport clients safely and professionally
- Welcome clients with high hospitality and attention to detail
- Assist with luggage and personal belongings
- Select optimal routes adapting to traffic and client preferences
- Perform collections, deliveries, and errands
- Ensure vehicles remain immaculate and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss road regulations and company policies
- Support other operational activities as required
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
