Aufgaben
- Define the comprehensive PT technology roadmap for global manufacturing
- Cover Small Molecule, Large Molecule, and Device technologies
- Screen, assess, and select technological innovations
- Translate innovations into scalable network standards
- Collaborate with Technical Development, MSAT, and engineering teams
- Build competitive intelligence through benchmarking and supplier relations
- Attend conferences to monitor industry trends and peer directions
- Develop technologies to improve product robustness and supply resilience
- Guide global Capex strategy for upgrades and new modalities
- Develop long-range strategic asset lifecycle plans for global sites
- Support major CAPEX investment decisions
- Forecast 5-10 year operational costs and depreciation
- Maximize asset performance and reduce equipment downtime
- Minimize environmental footprint across manufacturing operations
- Provide strategic direction for the standardized Fleet concept
- Act as the single point of accountability for fleet systems
