Anforderungen
- 7–12 years experience in marketplace, tech, or high-growth startup/scale-up
- Proven track record in performance optimisation, sales operations, or marketplace growth
- Strong analytical mindset, hands-on data work
- Experience managing and developing teams with ownership culture
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- German language skills (strong plus)
- Background in consulting with operator role transition
- Experience introducing AI or automation into workflows
- Familiarity with supply-side marketplace economics, pricing, or monetisation
- Experience scaling processes in 100–200 person organisation
- Business owner mentality: full ownership, no excuses
- Combines structured thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution
- Comfortable with ambiguity, energised by building from imperfect starts

- Qualify and prioritize leads
- Convert leads to active listings
- Activate listings for first bookings
- Retain landlords for long-term engagement
- Define supply growth criteria
- Maximize conversion efficiency and ROI
- Manage revenue from new listings
- Optimize contribution margin
- Reduce time to first booking
- Analyze unit economics
- Identify supply-side performance drivers
- Translate data insights into actions
- Design structured operating system
- Implement automation and AI tools
- Shift to data-driven decision-making
- Lead and develop sales team
- Scale team from 4 to 6+ members
- Drive team performance through structure
- Coach team regularly
- Foster culture of data and ownership
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing
- Work with Product on landlord experience

- Represent supply growth at executive level
