- Develop and oversee daily and weekly counselor schedules
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all camp areas
- Lead, supervise, and support the assigned counselor team
- Apply risk assessments and safety protocols consistently
- Manage daily operations, equipment, and transitions
- Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the team
- Coach counselors in leadership and group management
- Monitor team performance, behavior, and energy levels
- Ensure a high-quality and enriching camper experience
- Handle conflicts, emergencies, and behavioral issues professionally
