- Lead performance review cadences, including Quarterly Review Sessions
- Provide structured analysis of performance against KPIs, trends, and risks
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders
- Translate data into actionable insights to support operational performance and decision-making
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive the design and optimization of reporting tools and data models
- Enable scalable analytics and improved data accessibility
- Build strong cross-functional relationships
- Align reporting structures with business needs
- Ensure adoption of governance standards through training and stakeholder engagement
