- Proven long-term experience in software development for Radar processing and ADAS systems
- Knowledge in data and signal processing, statistics, mathematical modeling, and SW methods & standards
- In-depth knowledge of radar technology and ADAS applications
- Leadership and team management track record in international context
- Proficiency in embedded C, Python, MATLAB, and related development environment
- Business fluent English and German language skills
- Strong communication skills, customer interface experience, confidence, reliability, and autonomy
- Intercultural competence
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Aufgaben
- Develop concepts for radar raw data processing algorithms
- Implement radar raw data processing algorithms
- Verify radar raw data processing algorithms
- Align with ADAS component design and realization
- Participate in ADAS component design and realization
- Ensure ADAS components meet global manufacturer needs
- Lead local disciplinary raw data processing development
- Drive global technical raw data processing development
- Manage planning, concept, and verification for raw data processing
- Lead a high-performing international team
- Develop team members' individual growth
- Foster technical excellence within the team
- Support organizational improvement initiatives
- Lead organizational improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members on improvement topics
- Define strategic roadmaps for radar raw data processing
- Execute strategic roadmaps for radar raw data processing
