- Fluent English and German
- Exposure to downstream logistics or retail fuel industry
- Experience with AI-assisted delivery or modern feedback frameworks
- Background in partner ecosystems or multi-stakeholder delivery
Aufgaben
- Translate consulting strategy into concrete processes
- Develop AI delivery, quality standards, and business value engineering
- Implement Solution Quality Assurance
- Build and evolve frameworks for advisory-led delivery
- Develop Business Value Engineering (BE) Tooling
- Standardize workshop formats
- Adopt and maintain AI accelerators and accelerator library
- Close the gap between current and desired team capabilities
- Create a high-expectation, autonomous working environment
- Empower consultants to own their work and client relationships
- Introduce modern feedback structures
- Implement 360-degree feedback and peer reviews
- Facilitate transparent development conversations
- Build structured enablement pathways for consultant independence
- Replace traditional close management with clear standards
- Ensure visible performance metrics
- Maintain oversight of delivery quality across SDM, RFNO, and project management
- Implement partner QA framework
- Conduct design reviews and health checks
- Define and enforce escalation paths
- Lead hiring and onboarding for SDM and RFNO teams
- Collaborate with CCO and HR on hiring processes
