- Familiarity with large international organizations
- Ability to work under pressure

- Deep knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with physical access control, CCTV, visitor management, SOC integration, and other physical security systems and technologies

- Advanced knowledge of MS 365

Aufgaben
- Ensure physical security procedures align with assessed risks.
- Adapt security controls to changing threats and business needs.
- Lead a diverse team across three locations.
- Oversee daily security operations directly.
- Manage the budget for physical security.
- Influence key decisions.
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders.
- Provide physical security services to integrated subsidiaries.
- Offer physical security guidance to non-integrated subsidiaries.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and private sector.
- Lead crisis and business continuity planning.
- Track and analyze security KPIs and metrics.
- Report security metrics to the CSO.
- Manage global outsourced physical security providers.
- Manage security for public events in Frankfurt.
