- Steer transition from founder-led to management-led
- Build leadership clarity and consistent ways of working
- Establish strong decision routines
- Run HR framework with high quality
- Define and embed People Management standards
- Guide leaders with pragmatic advice and coaching
- Provide tools for performance and team development
- Own workforce and staffing steering with business
- Ensure high delivery standards economically
- Lead change through proactive planning and execution
- Communicate clearly in an international environment
- Ensure labor law compliance and risk management
- Lead the People Team
- Oversee HR Operations
- Manage Staffing
- Direct Workplace Experience
