- Proven experience in driving initiatives in business process excellence or similar environment
- Results-oriented with analytical and organizational skills, ideally complemented by experience in process development and modeling
- High affinity for modern IT technologies, including familiarity with SAP software
- Very good spoken and written communication skills in German and English
- Reliable and structured working style complemented by strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
Aufgaben
- Lead the Business Excellence team of 8-10 members
- Develop team members to meet evolving requirements
- Promote collaboration within the team and across CRT
- Ensure effective operation and development of business processes
- Implement necessary competencies, methods, and tools
- Adapt processes to current AI developments and agentic automation
- Facilitate collaboration between various locations and departments
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations
