- Manage and mentor a team of Senior associates, postdocs, and Lab Heads
- Collaborate with site heads in San Diego and Cambridge as part of the Neuroscience leadership team
- Build in vitro and in vivo models of disease for neuroscience research
- Establish strong relationships with the global scientific medical research community
- Lead scientific evaluations of neuroimmunology assets for partnering or acquisition
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving Biomedical Research science
