Anforderungen

  • 7-10+ years B2B marketing experience (ideally SaaS, HealthTech or Enterprise Software)
  • Strong track record in brand building and demand generation
  • Excellent academic background (preferably leading university)
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics (ideally)
  • PhD (plus)
  • Solid experience in PR & Communications
  • Solid experience in event and trade fair management (especially healthcare)
  • Solid experience in localizing global brand and campaign concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confident collaboration with CMO, CEO Germany, marketing/sales stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating complex marketing structures
  • Experience working with internal and external partners
  • Proficient use of marketing automation tools
  • Comfort with AI-supported marketing solutions
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent German and English skills (written/spoken)
  • Confident executive presence
  • Structured way of working
  • Genuine desire to actively drive change

Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement the German marketing strategy
  • Align strategy with global marketing guidelines
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget
  • Collaborate with Management and Global Marketing
  • Lead and build the German Marketing Team
  • Coordinate marketing stakeholders across commercial areas
  • Manage PR and Communications in Germany
  • Handle media relations
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives
  • Position executive leadership
  • Collaborate with Thorsten Herrmann on PR
  • Manage strategic trade fairs and events
  • Plan events jointly with Commercial Areas
  • Oversee event logistics
  • Ensure strong brand presence at events
  • Ensure consistent brand and campaign localization
  • Adapt global campaigns for local markets
  • Ensure quality and CI compliance across channels
  • Drive AI and marketing automation initiatives
  • Utilize and develop campaign management tools
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies
  • Measure marketing performance
  • Align with Sales for top-of-funnel support
