- Highly desirable experience in building or scaling an intelligence function; consultancy background a plus
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within matrixed or cross-functional organizations
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing capabilities, and familiarity with advanced analytics and BI tools
- Business fluent English and German
