- Elaborate and execute IT strategy for Finance and HR
- Support Finance and HR business partners' goals
- Maintain and deliver Finance & HR IT roadmap
- Consult and bring ideas to Finance and HR teams
- Ensure project delivery from ideation to go-live
- Coordinate internal and external project resources
- Run existing platforms with team support
- Drive process harmonization and automation
- Lead and develop global SAP FI/CO and Finance systems team
- Coach team in best practices for configuration and implementation
- Inspire team to explore new features and technologies
- Manage external partnerships
- Guide and support HR business team
- Lead M&A IT finance workstreams
- Enable integration of M&A synergies
- Contribute to DT&IT strategic thinking and strategy steering
