Anforderungen
- •Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset
- •Solid track record in winning new business
- •Experience leading complex pitches
- •Comfortable presenting and networking
- •Well-connected, curious, approachable, and confident
- •At least 3–5 years’ experience in the creative industry
- •Ambition, eagerness to learn, and proactivity
- •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

- •Drive new business success and exceed sales targets
- •Develop and maintain a robust commercial pipeline
- •Lead new and existing opportunities, pitches, tenders, RFI’s, and RFP’s
- •Manage incoming cross-sell and up-sell requests
- •Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to client onboarding
- •Deliver winning proposals and pitch presentations
- •Collaborate with strategy, creative, social, media, data, and AI teams
- •Lead and secure major creative pitches and tenders
- •Qualify new leads and assemble the optimal team
- •Shape compelling narratives for client proposals
- •Build a strong pipeline through networking and client events
- •Lead commercial and legal negotiations with key departments
- •Facilitate collaboration between international teams
- •Work confidently with executive stakeholders
- •Represent the company at events and industry conferences
- •Promote a growth mindset across the organization
