- 10+ years proven experience in public relations or media relations, preferably in Wealth Management or Banking, with demonstrated history of securing high-impact coverage and issues management
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Strong judgment and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Existing, strong relationships with key financial media contacts
- Demonstrable understanding of media operations
- Understanding of digital channels and LLMs intersection
- Ability to work with senior leaders
- Ability to handle pressure, particularly in crisis scenarios

- Ability to build and maintain strong external and internal relationships

Aufgaben
- Create and execute a comprehensive media strategy
- Engage proactively with the media
- Develop corporate messaging aligned with bank strategy
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers
- Support financial calendar events and announcements
- Advise on response strategies for reputation management
- Act as a primary spokesperson
- Oversee writing, editing, and approval of press materials
- Partner with Head of Group Communications on strategy
- Mentor and lead an international team
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams
- Oversee media monitoring and data analysis
- Inform strategies based on media sentiment analysis
