- Analytical skills using supply chain data for decision-making
- Competence in process optimisation and change management
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems, BI tools, and performance metrics
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence
- Collaborative and capable of managing across functional and reporting lines
- Resilience, pragmatism, and solutions-orientation
- High organisation, excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- Customer-focused with continuous improvement mindset
