Aufgaben
- Unite internal teams and external partners
- Manage long-term strategic supplier relationships
- Ensure supply of externally sourced products
- Identify and manage supply risks
- Support technology transfers and new product introductions
- Implement process improvements
- Achieve global annual saving targets
- Develop and improve the ESO function
- Ensure organizational effectiveness
- Optimize task and target allocation
- Provide strategic guidance to ESO leaders
- Contribute to due diligence and negotiations
- Partner with MSI, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, SD&O, and Global Licensing
- Develop a long-term manufacturing network strategy
- Maintain a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing network
- Improve tracking and reporting processes
- Monitor CMO performance
- Report progress internally and externally
- Represent ESO in key meetings and events
- Build and develop a high-performing ESO team
- Act as escalation point in critical negotiations
