Anforderungen
- Six to eight years DTC ecommerce experience (beauty, fashion, lifestyle)
- Hands-on experience owning onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising
- Strong experience with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms
- Proven background in onsite optimisation and ecommerce operations
- Highly commercial and execution driven mindset
- Comfortable making trade-offs: brand, speed, conversion
- Data-driven, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented
- Able to work in lean setup with high ownership and accountability
- Clear communicator aligning stakeholders and making decisions
- Experience in international, multi-market setups is a plus
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers is a plus
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands
- Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage direct-to-consumer online shop performance
- Lead a small e-commerce team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care
- Optimize conversion rate and average order value
- Translate commercial goals into e-commerce priorities
- Monitor daily performance and address issues
- Oversee homepage, category pages, product pages, and navigation
- Ensure website clarity and brand alignment
- Make final decisions on site structure and merchandising
- Execute product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Align marketing campaigns with stock availability
- Develop and prioritize e-commerce team
- Work with external agencies and freelancers
- Partner with Tech for website improvements
- Track and report key e-commerce KPIs
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership
- Focus on actionable outcomes
