Aufgaben
- Develop and deliver annual, risk-based audit plan
- Present audit plan to Executive Board and Finance & Audit Committee
- Provide strategic and managerial leadership to Corporate Audit team
- Ensure strong team capabilities and continuous professional development
- Evaluate effectiveness of governance, risk, and control processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and resilience
- Align Internal Audit activities with other control functions
- Act as primary contact for regulatory authority audits
- Coordinate cross-border audit activities within IntACT audit network
- Lead and conduct internal audits according to IPPF standards
- Prepare clear, actionable reports for Executive Management and Board of Directors
- Maintain high-quality audit organization
- Foster expertise, methodological excellence, and continuous improvement
- Evolve audit methodologies using modern approaches
- Ensure forward-looking, impactful, and value-adding function
