- Strong experience in SDR or business development role with leadership experience
- Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and quota achievement, ideally in high growth B2B SaaS and / or Enterprise sales environment
- Motivation to exceed ambitious targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Track record of building strong relationships and contributing effectively in collaborative team settings
- Expertise in cultivating strong interpersonal connections and teamwork across departments
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Valid working permit in Germany
