- Experience in corporate or entrepreneurial context
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to engage credibly at executive level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in German is a strong advantage

- Develop and execute the external innovation and growth strategy
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders
- Identify and analyze relevant markets and technologies
- Assess external growth opportunities
- Drive strategic business development initiatives
- Translate external innovations and partnerships into business impact
- Lead external M&A and strategic partnership initiatives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the SBU Head
- Prepare executive and board-level meeting materials
- Develop presentations for special projects
- Provide leadership to a dedicated team
- Ensure performance management and professional development
