- Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experience
- Solid experience and in-depth knowledge of Drug Product Aseptic Filling including Lyophilization
- Proven leadership experience including development of teams
- Experience in Commissioning and Qualification
- Excellent communication skills and interaction with various internal and external interfaces
- Fluency in English or German with minimum B2 level in the respective other language
Aufgaben
- Lead the ramp-up of the Lyophilization filling line
- Ensure operational readiness of the new facility with the Operations Lead team
- Oversee the operative takeover of the new line after qualification
- Manage the manufacturing team for the Lyophilized Vials Line, including 8 direct reports and up to 26 indirect reports
- Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust within the team
- Handle all aspects of team management, including qualification, development, coaching, and hiring
- Define processes for the Lyophilized Vial area and overarching manufacturing processes
- Provide timely user input to maintain project timelines and budget
- Support the supply chain team to ensure timely material availability
- Assist the project team in the qualification and commissioning of equipment
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- Represent the facility during customer visits, audits, and inspections
