- Openness to new ideas and challenging conventional paradigms
- Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining talent
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Ability to influence others across all organizational levels
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Ability to build effective and constructive relationships with stakeholders, partners, peers, and team members
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills across cultures, countries, and technical competencies
- Readiness to engage with complex instrumentation and development programs
Aufgaben
- Act as the appointed Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP)
- Make final Quality decisions and represent the organization during inspections
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations in Clinical Packaging
- Lead a team of around 15 employees with scientific and quality expertise
- Oversee all Clinical Packaging processes in Kaiseraugst
- Drive continuous GMP improvements and maintenance
- Set priorities and directions for the IMPQ Clinical Packaging organization
- Support the Swiss Responsible Person in cGMP activities
- Ensure manufactured IMP products meet Health Authority and Company standards
