In this role, you will lead the Clinical Packaging team in Kaiseraugst, ensuring quality oversight and compliance for Investigational Medicinal Products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic decision-making, team leadership, and driving continuous improvements in GMP standards.

Anforderungen

• •BSc/MSc/PhD Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent
• •10+ years in the Pharmaceutical industry
• •At least 3 years of people leadership experience in a global and/or matrix environment
• •Openness to new ideas and challenging conventional paradigms
• •Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining talent
• •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• •Ability to influence others across all organizational levels
• •Strong communication skills at all levels

Aufgaben

• •Act as the appointed Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP)
• •Make final Quality decisions and represent the organization during inspections
• •Establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations in Clinical Packaging
• •Lead a team of around 15 employees with scientific and quality expertise
• •Oversee all Clinical Packaging processes in Kaiseraugst
• •Drive continuous GMP improvements and maintenance
• •Set priorities and directions for the IMPQ Clinical Packaging organization
• •Support the Swiss Responsible Person in cGMP activities
• •Ensure manufactured IMP products meet Health Authority and Company standards
