- Drive technical direction and project delivery
- Foster strong engineering practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Stay technically engaged
- Collaborate with Product and other teams
- Improve engineering processes
- Help evolve data and platform architecture
- Partner with Product Manager to shape roadmaps
- Define technical approaches
- Ensure impactful and reliable product capabilities
